International by outlook. Industrial by discipline.
Advisenta is built around one principle: strategy creates value only when it can survive engineering, supplier, validation, production and market reality.
Engineering rigor with a localization lens.
Advisenta brings a Europe-rooted automotive engineering perspective into industrial advisory, while staying close to the realities of developing supplier ecosystems, localization programs and technology transfer.
That combination matters when a program looks attractive on paper but depends on suppliers, testing, tooling, process maturity, validation evidence or production capability that does not yet exist locally.
Industrial experience behind the mandate.
Advisenta is led by Harris Khan, an automotive engineer with more than 15 years of experience across European Tier-1 and OEM-facing programs, with specialist depth in high-voltage battery systems, BMS, validation, EOL testing, supplier development and industrialization.
The advisory model combines hands-on engineering perspective with international project experience and a practical understanding of how supplier capability must evolve before localization or technology transfer can scale.
How we think about advisory work.
Implementation over presentation
Recommendations must map to owners, gates, dependencies and measurable industrial actions.
Readiness before localization claims
Local content only creates value when supplier, process and validation capability can support it.
Technical evidence over assumption
Engineering, testing and production evidence should drive decisions where technical risk is material.
Capability transfer over dependency
Advisory should strengthen the client's own ability to execute, not create permanent dependence on consultants.
